For years we have carried a mold and mildew sealant called M-1 Sure Cote and have gotten lots of good feedback from our customers. What it does is keep mold and mildew from growing on the surface of stuff. It can be used on pretty much any surface. It is odorless and dries to a clear finish.

We have used it on the front door, patio furniture, fence, pool deck, shower, wooden deck, floor joist, tents, tarps, flower pots and quite a few other things. Whatever you put it on will stay mold and mildew free for a long time. It has lasted for a few years in places that don't see rain or sunlight.
