It's Not Always Miss Kitty's fault!
We received a great email yesterday.
We routinely follow-up with our customers to see how the products they purchased are helping in their fight against allergies. We received a response yesterday that was so great it was shared around the office and everyone got a good chuckle.
A customer had a new kitty. About the time she brought the kitty into the house she started having problems with her eyes. Poor Miss Kitty gets the blame. So, she starts applying the Allerpet/C for cat allergy to the cat.
She is getting some relief but still has swelling and paid. Well, a little experimenting and in her words she:
"...discovered that while she did make me a little itchy, the new mascara was the main culprit for the swelling and pain. Thank goodness for that anyway! Lots easier to throw out a stick of mascara than your adorable new kitten:) But I use the product to keep the little bit of irritation to a minimum anyway. "
Glad to hear that Allerpet is keeping the irritation to a minimum, the mascara was discovered to be the real culprit, and everyone lives happily every after!
