Mulberry West Silk Blankets and Comforters
We are very pleased to announce the addition of Mulberry West Silk Comforters and Blankets to our store.
Quite some time ago we were contacted by Lena Abrams from Mulberry West to see if we would be interested in carrying their line of silk comforters and blankets.
After some research on silk and sleeping with the product we decided it would be a great addition. We passed around the small throw to several people and employees and they all came back and gave it two thumbs up.
Silk is hypo-allergenic and a nice alternative for people who are allergic to wool and down. Like wool it does a great job of regulating body heat. Cool when its warm and warm when its cool. Their brochures say it is wonderful for women who are going through menopause.
From the allergy stand point silk is naturally resistant to dust mites as well as bed bugs so that is a plus.
Both the Mulberry silk blanket and comforter are covered with a soft, 100% polished cotton. I recommend putting one of our cotton duvet covers on the comforters to keep them clean.
Like all high quality silk products they can be spot cleaned but can not be machine washed.
