Listen to almost any local newscast and you’ll hear a story about these insects wreaking havoc. Bed bugs have become a rampant problem across the U.S.

It used to be that the mention of bed bugs conjured images of seedy hotels, flop houses or slums. It was just not something that could really be a problem here, right. Now the tenacious pests are literally everywhere. They hang out in the finest hotels, motels, stores and even movie theaters. The reason bed bugs are so hard to control is that they are small and can multiply fairly rapidly. That means a bed, room or entire house can become infested in a relatively short amount of time. All it takes is for a couple to jump on your bags when you travel and the nightmare begins.
